| Tender Description | repairs to the suction pipes by cutting the rusted damaged nuts and bolts with cutter/gas welding for extraction of pipe and removal of damaged flanges by cutting them from the pipes with gas welding/cutter at site. p/f and welding the ms flanges as per sample 6 no. to the suction pipes for both units. joining the pipes using rubber sheet and new nut and bolts. the job further includes providing, fitting and installation of 2 nos. 200 mm dia foot valves for pumping unit no. i and ii by way of welding new flanges as per foot valves sample/size to 2 no. 200 dia ms suction pipe piece and installing both foot valves on each ms suction pipe end by p/f of appropriate no. of nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets as per size. job further involves lowering of the foot valves along with suction piece by using chain pulley block and skilled labour, joining of the bends and the suction pipes by bolting via flanges with appropriate no. of new nuts and bolts. the complete job includes cost of material, han |
