Tender Description removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : one or more coats on old work. repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). note:- rates for external plaster are for height upto 10m from ground level in less otherwise stated. extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground for every additional level height for 3 m part of above.
