| Tender Description | design, fabrication, providing fitting of pressure sand filter/activated carbon filter vessels complete with rcc foundation block, m.s stands having dish ends at the top and bottom of tank with shell of vessel to be fabricated out of 10 mm thick m.s. plate and dish ends out of 12 mm thick m.s. plate. the vessel shall have two manholes of appropriate size at the locations as per oem recommendations. the vessels/tanks shall include all the inter piping connections between the acf and psf tanks along with piping inter connections from filter feed pumps up to the respective tanks which shall be fabricated out of m.s c class pipe of appropriate size. the job also includes p/f of control valves along with back wash mechanism as per oem design. the tank shall be designed for maximumoperating pressure of 6 bar. complete job providing and filling of multi-grade sand filtration media in pressure sand filter tanks approximate 70% volume of pressure sand filter tank for removal of suspended solids |
