| Tender Description | providing, installation, testing & commissioning of submersible pump set (ksb / kirloskar or equivalent make) at tube well ramgarh having capacity 10,000 gph x 50m head coupled with 3 phase submersible motor of suitable capacity along with motor protection guard (mug-25 hp) of reputed make. providing and fabrication of column pipes 10 nos. (10 ft each out of 100 mm dia g.i pipes of medium class b, beveling of ends on heavy duty lathe machine and providing and fitting of flanges by welding to both ends of column pipe in proper alignment after making cuts for passing of sub. cables. shifting of new 100 mm dia column pipes to tube well from workshop. manufacture, providing and fitting of 01 no u shaped tie rod/clamp of suitable size as per pump size made out of ms flat to be fitted with the submersible pump with the help of heavy duty nuts and bolts welded on on both sides of the clamp. job also includes fabrication of 01 no graded expander/reducer for of required size threaded at one e |
