| Tender Description | earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. all kinds of soil providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5coarse sand : 10 stone aggregate) 40mm size of stone agg. crushed random rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1: 6:12 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) extra for square or rectangular pillars in s.st. 15 mm thick plaster on the rough side of stone masonary wall of mix 1:6 mix ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand) providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws |
