Tender Description The scope of work involves reminding and repair to 40 HP motor rotor at pumping station Ramnagar stage-0 by decoupling of pump and motor. The job includes carriage of motor from pumping station to road side on head load and then loading on the vehicle and unloading at workshop. Dismantling of motor and extraction of rotor from the starter. Extraction of damaged / flashed solder from both ends of the rotor and then re-shouldering by liquid dipping method. Providing and fitting of new motor bearings as per sample. Providing and fitting of side cover sleeves of motor. Complete rewinding of stator of 40 HP motor. Assembling of motor and carriage of motor on headload upto the pumping station and coupling with pump at site and then testing at load. Complete job include cost of material, labour and to and fro carriage charges.
