Thickness 12mm (6mm IS2062 base plate + 6mm hard weld overlay carbides deposit), Plate weld overlay Hard-facing dimensions: 1400 MM x 3000 MM, Hardness: 60-64 HRC, Technical Specification:1. Plate dimensions (full weld hardfaced/ cladded) 1400x3000x (6+6mm)2. Base material should be 6mm IS2062 with a weld hardfacing overlay of 6mm (+/-0.2mm).3. To avoid foul play exposed PLAIN MS Plate portion to be left on at least 2 sides (minimum 8mm)4. Weld cladding/hardfacing welding metal composition: C-5% Cr-28%, Mn-0.6%, Si-1%, V-1%, Nb-6%, W-1.5%.5. Wear as per ASTM G-65: Weight lose should be 0.08 gms maximum. 6. Weld cladding/hardfacing should be continous.7. Hardness: 60-64 HRC.8. Physical and chemical properties test certificates should be provided.9. Hardness and weight loss certificate to be provided.
