| Tender Description | 30.9-regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper , relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge 30.28.1-painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 1. one or more coats on old work 30.24-distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade. 30.27.1-wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 1. one or more coats on old work 13.27-structural steel work |
