| Tender Description | design, engineering, supply, fitting and & commissioning of new modified cast m.s. hubs duly fabricated and machined and their fitting in our shaft complete in all respect along with testing & trials of cane cutter.part – a4) the hubs shall be hard-faced at the contact area having a hardness of 53-58 hrc.5) the pocket in the hub shall be of dove tail design having adequate holding area so as to avoid breakage of the knife due to jerking or even due to breakage of bolts.6) the holes in the hubs shall be duly drilled and reamed.part – a6) dismantling of hubs from the shaft.7) ultrasonic testing of shaft.8) checking of trueness of shaft.9) proof machining to be dine if required.10) assembling of new hubs on the shaft.note: shaft, bearings and plumber block will be in mills scope. |
