Tender Description contractor to insert here-in- below their percentage by opting less or excess option for below or above the rates contained in mes ssr-2020 (part ii) rates. if net schedule rates are offered at par with mes schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. the less/ excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-below shall be deemed firm. the contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.notes:- (i) irrespective of amount generated in boq template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in appendix 'a' to notice of e-tender.(ii) total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above ) will not increased from the estimated cost of work.
