| Tender Description | scope of work/technical specifications etc:- as mentioned in nit. cleaning of fair lead gate assembly, frame fitting & area around horizontal pulley's frame & mountings. making of platform/stands for jacking to remove pins of gate assy and horizontal pulleys. removal of gate assy by means of jacking pins, dismantling of gate assy, dismantling of horizontal pulleys from frame fittings. repairing and & rebuilding of worn out fair lead gate mounting housings(fixed to rotate frame)(8nos) repairing of structural cracks, repairing of damaged area,repairing and rebuilding of fairlead gate mounting eyes and vertical pulleys mounting housings & assembling of vertical pulleys in fairlead gate. repairing of worn out area below horizontal pulley (04 nos.) by means of welding and rebuliding of worn out pin housings(8nos.). co-axial boring of build up mounting housing to its original size for both horizontal pull |
