Details: Katihar Sadar area for running a single unit short stay home with a capacity of 25 beds: -(1.) For the operation of a short stay home, it is mandatory to have a building of at least 3500 square feet, bedrooms suitable for accommodation of 25 women/girls, 01 kitchen, 03 (toilets and bathrooms).(2.) The arrangement of basic facilities like electricity, pure water etc. in the house and the building should be safe from the point of view of accommodation of the residents.(3.) The rent (maximum payable per month Rs 25000/-) will be determined by the district level committee as per rules.(4.) The final decision regarding determination/selection of building on rent will be taken by the District Level Supervision and Review Committee
