Tender Description mainline emergency works emergency repair works in pipeline - pipeline leak/pilferage (for items below) mobilisation to site within contractual time with manpower, security guard, labour, tools, tackles, cold cutting machine, equipments and all other resources (eg jcb, compressors, dewatering pump, dg sets, dumper, trailer, welding generator, hydra, pick-up, dumper, tents & chairs etc) with fuels and consumables etc as outlined in tender document for execution of job. rate is lumpsum basis and shall be payable to contractor on complete mobilisation to site to the satisfaction of eic. rate of this item is also inclusive of de-mobilisation charges with all manpower, material and resources deployed at site after completion of work. the contractor shall also liasion with local villager, local police for safe and secure rectification of the work. applicable when distance between two adjacent site is more than 2.5km. this is for mobilisation & demobilization. separate payment will be made
