Tender Description rectification of sf-6 gas leakage from poles of 145 kv sf-6 abb make (mfg.-2010, sr. no. 15000459) circuit breaker of 132 kv neri bay at 132 kv sub-station, shahabad. work consist of:-(a) to identify sf-6 gas leakage with the help of sf-6 gas leakage detector and pole non-operating problem. (b) dismantle identified pole form breaker structure by help of hydra. (c) dismantle all components of poles and replace all “o” ring / gasket by applying ana bond 661 (gas sale out) after thorough cleaning of part. (d) replacement of pull rod for pole moving contact (e) re-assemble all parts of the pole (f) apply vacuum and keep it for 24 hrs. and check no loss of vacuum.(g) of poles into structure using hydra.(h) fill sf-6 gas upto specified value.(i) check satisfactory close/ trip operation both by local & remote. complete overhauling of 0.4 kv air circuit breaker (cgl make) with cleaning, lubrication and greasing all function parts adjustment of spring tension & spring charging, checking motor
