Tender Description boiler house dismantling, fabrication , and alignment of complete structure of old main bagasse carrier comprised of following-• dismantling of all old/twisted and bended complete structure of old main bagasse carrier of 2500 tcd plant.• shifting of scrap of old dismantled structure in scrap yard by your own resources.• fabrication of new structure trough and side plates of top & bottom of complete chain structure suitable for existing chain & rakes.• fixing & welding of all bracing in 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron as per order/structure.• fitting of both side runner supporting box of complete chain top & bottom structure.• fitting of flat from 75x8 mm on total runner box of both side of complete top & bottom structure• fabrication & of tail end boot as per old sample or suitable for chain.• , alignment and levelling of complete top & bottom structure.• fabrication and of padestal for fitting of drive end & non drive end shaft bearings.• cutting of all opening for dropping of bagasse
