| Tender Description | excavation in foundation soil (loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 mtr ( 100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches. as per s.i. no. 2.8-1 p/l cement concrete with 1:6:12 (1 cement, 6 c/ sand &12 graded brick ballst aggregete 40 mm nominal size etc.) sl. no. 273 construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc class m-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including material all labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. as per pwd sor 2022-chapter 6.1.1 providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 |
