| Tender Description | following works are to be carried out and completed at 132kv substation trt under etd-i, lucknow. complete outside spray painting of 132/33 kv 63 mva transformers-i, ii & iii including its main tanks, main/oltc conservator tanks, radiators, headers, associated pipe lines, support structures, marshalling box etc.by one coat of red oxide primer and then apply two coats of smoke grey colour 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of asian/berger/nerolac make at the gap of 48 hours interval each with the help of spray painting machine after due rubbing and cleaning of the rusted surfaces, cleaning and washing of dust/dirt/oil deposits from the surfaces. (note. the second coat shall be applied when 1st coat of paint is done and checked by sdo (m) / j.e (m) concerned) ( 01 job for each 132/33 kv 63 mva transformer) brush painting of following size earthing flat including its runner frame etc. around the switchyard area of 132 kv substation trt, lucknow, after due cleaning and finally applying one |
