All ends of seams shall be secured by lock stitching or by riveting. The threads shall be inherently fire-resistant or be so treated that it shall not smolder back along the seam when ignited. The protective clothing shall be marked legibly and indelibly with the following: a) Manufacturer%u2019s name; b) Trade-mark, if any; c) Size, and d) Date of manufacture.
