Tender Description disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of water cooler of capacity 40/80, 60/120, litres including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc., and keeping the water cooler unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed .note :- 1. replacement of defective spares for making the water cooler units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and transportation & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted above. s & f in replacement over load protector relay suitable for 40 to 150
