| Tender Description | engagement of 01 (one) number of accounts clerk as outsourcing for wbsrda, malda division under the control of the executive engineer, wbsrda, malda division for 1 (one) year and its extension, if required for a further period as agreed by the authority and selected bidder. the monthly basic wages is maximum upto ₹14,620.00, from which employee’s epf @12% and esi @0.75% will be deducted, resulting in a net take-home salary of maximum upto ₹12,755.00. in addition, the employer (agency) shall contribute epf @13% and esi @3.25% as statutory dues. thus, the total monthly cost to the agency per staff (including service charges & income tax but excluding gst) will be maximum upto ₹17,000.00. the agency must comply with all statutory obligations and submit proof of epf/esi deposits along with monthly bills. |
