Tender Description dismantling work stripping off worn out plaster (outside and inside) and raking out joints of walls, ceiling etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing and stacking any where within the compound as directed by eic. (a) applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubberemulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with waterin proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per manufacturer'sspecification removal of ,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the municipal / corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge civil work (a) m.s.or w.i. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with m.s, w.i. flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(i) grill weighing above 10 kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 kg./sq.
