Tender Description supply, installation, commissioning ,design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, painting and testing complete with all accessories of 4 mva power transformer step down, outdoor floor mounted, double copper wound, 3 phase, 50 hz, ac including all standard accessories as per latest is, oil immersed, onan (mineral) is: 335 confirming to is-2026, most economical losses external cooling tubes/ radiator cores type having no voltage ratio 33000/11000 volts impedance % of 6.25 (corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connecting on primary side (hv side) and star connected on secondary side (lv side) in accordance with vector symbol dyn11 (vector group) with neutral brought out on lv side and looping on hv side for continious output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (+) 5 to (-) 15% in equal 16 steps @ 1.25% to be changed by means of (oltc) on load tap changer of make ctr/olg with local / remote opertion features along with rtcc panel with avr relay for auto / manual op
