Tender Description disconnecting of electric connection of motor, and dismantling of motor and pump set from the foundation/base frame by cutting of foundation nut bolts and of the suction and delivery side with the help of gas cutter and providing /fixing of blind flanges for stopping the water leakage and taking out the motor & pump set at floor lavel in the safe side in the pump house from the existing foundation with the help of hot and heavy manual labour, as per site requirement and direction of engineer incharge. dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged ms base frame from the rcc foundation by cutting the nut bolts with the gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame up to floor level. and breaking of rcc with the help of power hammer for removing of loose & damaged foundation bolt from pockets in rcc foundation as required for fresh foundation. this includes removing of malba by manual labour from the dry sump well to outside of pump house as per site requirement and direction of engine
