Tender Description improvement of foundation of pump set no. 5 & 6 of 20 mgd pump by carrying out following works: - taken out 11 kv ocb by disconnecting all electrical connection from motor, starters etc. closing valves of suction & delivery side of pump set to ensure water flow stopped. removing all coupling nut bolts and opening of nut bolts of motor and pump from the damaged foundation. dismantling the pump set from the ms base frame by cutting of old rusted nut bolts by gas cutter & electric welding set, removing all the nut both of suction & delivery side by gas cutter & welding job also involve dismantle the taper, bend etc. and lifting the pump & motor on ground level. sealing of the suction and delivery side by providing & fixing blank of 600mm dia to avoid any flooding in the pump house. breaking of rcc foundation by using pneumatic power hammer chisel and electric compressor machine etc. making of rcc foundation by 1:2:4 cement concrete ms jal p/fixing of foundation bolt of size 600 x 25mm –
