| Tender Description | dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer - in - charge. nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived |
