| Tender Description | disconnecting of ht supply from main panel after switching off 11 kv vcb discharging the supply. complete drain out of transformer oil from transformer into empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling of conservator tank and all protection relays, cable end boxes, vent pipes and other items as required. cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required, cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and reinsulation of weak point with the help of ht insulation material and proper taping etc. replacement of silica gel. checking & matching of control wiring of all protection relays and calibration of bucchalz relay and protection relays testing the same. complete assembling of transformer cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection of incoming and outgoin |
