Tender Description safety equipment have to be arranged for the staff to execute the work at flocculater like safety belt, helmet, gloves, gumboot etc. dismantling of gear box, motor, shaft, belt, pulley, bevel gear, pinion gear, centre mechanical base system, tie rod and other related parts of flocculater after cutting of nut bolts by gas cutter and taking out from the flocculater for repairing at workshop. replacement of old bevel gear and pinion with shaft with new and fabrication, machining and fixing of new bush in the lose bore and cutting of new key way and making the seat on shaft for fixing of gear by re-metaling with the help of welding/lath machining work and other required tools & tackle. the job includes finishing of all teeth of bevel and pinion gear by grinding machining for making the exact combination of teeth into each other. replacement of bearing with bracket as per existing size. make of bearing:- skf/ / djb approved. repairing overhauling gear box by repairing of non-workable mech
