Tender Description day to day repairing and routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of window, split and tower type ac units and cold rooms including attending emergency faults and online complaints of the entire campus, maintaining complaint register, log book by deputing the following graded manpower who shall be on duty in the building during the whole contract period to be deployed inside the institute campus. minimum 12 skilled and 12 unskilled grade and 01 highly skilled manpower shall be on board on six days a week meeting emergency requirement beyond normal working days as and when required obeying minimum wages act. (deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms and conditions) mechanic / skilled grade unskilled / helper grade highly skilled grade
