Tender Description design, supply, fabrication & of primary steel structure (tensile fabric structure passage covering from h block to canteen and girls hostel to canteen)including surface preparation of 1 coat of epoxy primer & 2 coat of epoxy paint, fabric (fabric: fr 700 gsm (fab house or equivalent) tensile fabric white with both side pvdf), fabric seaming &fabric including all necessary fabrictensioning system like aluminium flat etc. ms frame:pillars pipes 4”-3mm, rafter: 3”- 3mm, perling: 2.5 mm, ss wire: 8 mm, base plate: 300x300x12 mm, fabric ss plate: 3 mm. there should be a clear height of minimum 7 feet and at some places (between girls hostel and kitchen block) approx. 16 feet or as per the site requirement (suitable height to cross the fire tender) and directed by the engineer-in-charge. the works should be including of civil work, bolts & fasteners, welding, repairing of site, repairing of the stone if broken during installation etc if required, complete in all respect.
