| Tender Description | general notes: 1. contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at amd.2. the rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes gst, labour cess, it, etc., as applicable but exclusive of epf and esi . epf and esi are reimbursable as per relevant clause. 3. tenderers shall visit the site the site on working days and upload site inspection report issued by the departmental officer with seal and signature which is mandatory document without which the tender will not be considered for evaluation . dismantling aluminium/ gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as required, all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge dismantling tile work of th |
