Tender Description civil works cement concrete (1:2:4) bed blocks,sills, coping and lintels. structural steel work with two coatsof `b' class enamel paint over a coat of primer. the weight of welding shall not be measured (brought by the contractor) waterproofing with 40mm thick indian patent stone flooring (actual area covered shall be measured). as per special specifications. 20mm thick cement plaster in finished smooth with neat cement by using readymix plaster sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) (for replastering by using readymix mortar. cement concrete (1:1:2) surface with hardener (excluding tie and dowel bars) as directed by the engineer. breaking plain or reinforced cement concrete including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of the undertaking's. breaking brick or stone masonry including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of undertaking's premises. removing the existing shahabad/tandur/kotah / ips/mosaic/white glazed tile floor
