Tender Description supply, of portable cabin of size (14’ x 10’ x 8.6’) the shell shall be fabricated from tested quality steel duly welded, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure, self draining roof, entry doors (as per requirement). the corners shall be sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing.the base frame shall be made of pressed mild steel section of 100x50 ms square pipe(isi marked) . the. bottom stiffener 80x40 m.s. pipe(isi marked) and post corner 50x50 square pipe(isi marked).the side and end frame shall be made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles/pillars of sufficient strength. outer wall shall be made up of 1 mm m.s. corrugated sheet and internal paneling with 8mm mdf board with 25mm glasswool insulation. all gaps shall be sealed at edges and at seams, bottom etc to prevent ingress of moisture. on the bottom frame 18 mm cement fiber board & shall be fixed by means of self taping and wall to wall vinyl flooring. 2 sides roof shall be ma
