Tender Description two tier cot to mdrs/krcrs / p u mdrs size: 1980l x 760w x 1980mmh. the verticals shall be made out of 38mm square ms tubes of 16g thick on all the four corners & 19mm square ms tubes in-between. a single crca sheet of 14g thick and uniformly bent on all sides vertically and further inside and with one lengthwise rib of 18g in the middle underneath for both the cots shall be provided. for the upper cot 25mm dia pipe to be bent and fixed in the middle on either sides as obstacle to avoid dropping of the person while sleeping to the side. the height for bottom tier from the floor shall be 460mm. the distance between bottom tier and top tier shall be 1000mm. the ladder shall be provided on one side to enable the person to climb to upper tier. curtain hooks at the top corners for both the cots shall be welded for tying mosquito curtains. strong rubber bushes shall be fixed for the verticals at the bottom. the entire cot shall be neatly de rusted, powder coated with epoxy polyesterpowder. n
