Tender Description 1)providing services for concurrent monitoring and 3rd party evaluation of minor irrigation projects of civil works consisting of:two types of quality checks are envisaged:a. quality test on construction materials.b. quality monitoring of various works during different stages of construction and after completion.the required tests to be carried out by the consultants periodically. the method of testing adopted will depend upon the type of test. the third party consultant (tpc) will undertake himself the workmanship inspections and tests.2)the consultant will prepare field reports in an agreed format on their concurrent inspections along with minor irrigation quality control staff. ensuring sound quality control and quality assurance procedures through deployment of state of the art devices and engineering instruments to expedite quality control testing and associated reporting requirements. this report shall indicate the tests they have undertaken in the field, materials sent for labor
