| Tender Title | Maintenance of Lawn beds, Shrubs, Ground Cover, Hedges, Flower beds & Trees in Within the Terraces and outside the terraces including sweeping, protection, operation and maintenance of garden equipments and water supply system etc, at 77 Acre Garden during 2025-26. |

| Tender Description | work to be under taken during maintenance of garden (i)watering: the plants and lawns in the garden should be watered frequently as required looking to the climate, soil and plant conditions. if sprinklers are made availbale it can be used other wise hose pipe can be used for watering problems regarding pipeline damage during watering/ maintenance should be repaired and taken care. (ii) weeding:-weeding has to be done reguraly in the entire garden area including extra growth in the pathways and other remaining areas in the park. weeding should be done reguraly once in a fortnight and the weeds collected should be used for preparing manure or it should be disposed from the garden appropriately. (iii) sweeping:-sweeping of the garden area has to be done daily. the pathways entire garden area should be swept and kept free of fallen leanves branches ,flowers, dusts, etc. and should be made for the public. dust bins in the garden area should be emptied and disposed propperly and reguraly. |
