(ii) by machanical means using dozer. a) in area of light jungle.;providing casing embankment for breached / damaged portion of canal usingpervious/semi-pervious soil from approved dump areas in layers of 100 to 150 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, sectioning side/edges, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller or pneumatic / vibrating plate compactors etc., complete with lead and all lifts.; |
