Details: General conservancy and maintenance of office buildings and its surroundings on working days, including removing dust & cob web, sweeping, water washing, toilet cleaning, wiping the doors, windows, glasses and other fixtures with wet cloth, so as to keep the office neat and clean, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (Note : Cleaning materials should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost). The Contractor has to submit list of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The contractor has to deploy 9 Nos of labours daily.
