Tender Description general conservancy and maintenance of office buildings and its surroundings on working days, including removing dust & cob web, sweeping, water washing, toilet cleaning, wiping the doors, windows, glasses and other fixtures with wet cloth, so as to keep the office neat and clean, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
