| Tender Description | supply and applying of polymer modified emulsion rejuvenator (pme) of approved brand and manufacturer on prepared old black top surface, the old black top surfaces to be prepared by brushing with wire brushes or removing caked mud etc, and then applying polymer modified emulsion (pme) in two coats w ith 1 litre (undiluted) pme diluted in the ratio of 1 :1 (water : pmf.) to be applied uniformly on 1 sqm area and ensure uniform finish of pme- rejuvenator on flexible surfaces a mechanical spraying machine is required for blending pme rejuvenator for its uniform application by skilled and qualified applicator to maintain quality performance of finished surface, complete as per technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge. |
