| Tender Description | re-tubing of e5101 spare rlng heater re-tubing and hydro testing of e5101 rlng heater with sa179 tubes after removal of old cs tubes fully. tube size : 19.05 mm od x 1.65 mm thk x 4221 mm long. no of tubes : 137rate shall be quoted for per tube shot blasting of outer surface of e5101 rlng heater to sa2.5 surface finish and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber based zinc phosphate (20 microns per coat) primer and two coats of chlorinated rubber paint (20 microns per coat)including all consumables (such as paint, primer, brush, , etc), machineries (compressor, motor, spray paint machines, etc), accessories, etc. |
