| Tender Description | description of work dismantling, cleaning, thread forming and inspection of existing fan #8 assembly at elevation of 5 meter: charges for dismantling the fan after decoupled from the motor, dismantling of fan guard, fan leaf, hub, tubular shaft, bearing, bearing block, oil seal, belt, timing pulley and motor with adjusted base frame of the air cooled heat exchanger & transporting the same to workshop and thorough cleaning the all parts & inspect the spares suitability for further use, charges for cleaning and thread forming ( if required ) for tubular shaft in bearing cap area and inspection of shaft run out by using v block with dial gauge as per the direction of engineer in - charge replacement of spares (if required) and assembly of ache fan # 8 at elevation of 5 meter: charges for replacement of worn out parts, ( if required ) such as oil seals, gaskets, fan shaft, fan blades and bearings, bearing block transporting the same from workshop to site then |
