| Tender Description | I. Material portion (Contractor scope): MS Seamless Pipe, 100 NB ASTM SCH 40 ANSI B36.10 MS Seamless Pipe, 80 NB ASTM SCH 40 ANSI B36.10 MS Seamless Pipe, 65 NB ASTM SCH 40 ANSI B36.10 II. Labour Portion: Removing the 250NB header pipe line lowering to ground, cleaning the silt, sea growth chocked inside the pipes and checking the pipe inside surface and removing the peeled off rubber by burning cleaning the corroded 250NB pipe by buffing, grinding, inside the pipe welding the pipe and rubber lining the pipe., leading, lifting, re-positioning and re-fixing the pipe including consumables and T&P's. Dismantling and assembling of 100 NB lines with proper supports this work involves, cutting and dismantling of existing stream wise layed 100 NB branch header pipes after dismantling 65 NB sub branch header pipes, fabrication & as row wise.
