| Tender Description | charges for cutting the coal pipe to required size (1.5 mtrs length) in various location and grinding both the ends to suit the coal pipe collars and welding both the collars to the pipe. including the cost of consumables and t&p's. charges for lifting the coal pipe (1.5 mtrs length) and assembling in proper position with the existing coal pipe line and removing coal pipe temporary supports and devolution of scraps to stores. including the cost of consumables and t&p's. providing necessary scaffolding; supporting and arresting the coal pipes on either sides of the worn out coal pipe with locating holes and special type sleeve coupling, dismantling and lowering to ground level; leading, lifting and reassembling of new rectified coal pipe with locating holes and special type sleeve coupling; positioning intact with coal pipes, welding and releasing of supports and scaffolding materials (crane not necessary). including the cost of consumables and t&p's. charges for patch welding to attend |
