Tender Description estblishment of open top chamber with precise control of desired co2, temperature & humidity constructions of open top chamber (otc): (i) details of chamber: (two chambers)chamber 1: ambient - chamber 2: temperature, c02, humidity controlled - a. size: 4(l) x 4(w) x 3.5(h) meter with gi structure with proper foundation and grouting - b. a suitable door of 6ft x 3ft (outside opening) with gasket and automatic door closer to be provided in each chamber. - c. multi-layered transparent poly-carbonate sheet 4- 6 mm thick, uv protected, with more than 85% light transparency to be used for otc structure. - d. aluminium strips (flat & angled) and rust-free to be use for installation of the polycarbonate sheet. - e. angled poly-carbonate sheet to be provided on the top of the otc - f. structure will be made of 2’& 1 ‘square gi pipe as per recruitment - pc sheet make: ge lexan or equivalent make in india company(ii) air temerature sensor: (two numbers) - a. pt100 sensor with class a element -
