| Tender Description | caretaking services of all suites including attending to visitors, serving drinking water, attending telephones, maintaining record of booking for all suites , completing all the entries regarding checking in and out from visitors, collecting charges from visitors and depositing the same to authorities, preparation of tea and meals ( chargeable from visitors ) as and when required , changing of bed sheets, pillow cover , towels, soaps etc. as per requirement on change of occupancy or weekly , dry cleaning of blankets minimum 02( two) times in agreement period , washing of curtains minimum 2 ( two) times in agreement period, general upkeep , day to day cleaning, dusting of furniture , cleaning of floors, bathrooms , cleaning of utensils , washing of linen ( i.e. bed sheets, pillow covers , quilt covers , curtains etc) including all other duties of caretaking assigned from time to time all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
