Refixing and repair(no new member) of old MS flat railing on brick masonary toe wall or on ground by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0-9"x1'-0" including cost of applying 2coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge rate also includes credit of servicable bricks / Bats.
