Tender Description comprehensive operation, maintenance and watch ward of fountains in green belts /parks at various locations under the jurisdiction of sde mc ph sub division no.5, m.c.chandigarh including deployment of operational staff and reliever on dc rates with epf & esic as applicable; cost of providing and using safety gear, wearing of uniforms by the operational staff, stationery etc. keeping surroundings neat & clean in all respects on job work basis detail attached in section no 3, in the dnit. notes:1. the l-1 contractor shall submit the break-up of quoted rate as per t&c no.2 of section iv of the dnit.2. in case of deficiency in services or non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, the recovery shall be made as specified under annexure ‘a’.the performa as per annexure ‘a’ duly filled-in should accompany the running bills as well as final bills of the contractor.3. joint inspection report duly signed by je in-charge & sde should accompany the running / monthly bill of the contrac
