Tender Description Passenger Lift with the following Specifications as per IS:-14665 (2000) along with AMC of 3 years.capacity passenger ,Machine room less (MRL) General Specification for Electrical Works (Part-III Lift & Escalator) 2003, BIS Codes, NBC 2016 as amended upto date having provision for barrier free access as per Harmonised Guidelines & Standards for Universal Accessibility in India - 2021 of MoHUA, serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed specifications enclosed and as under including all other equipment and accessories complete as required :- Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 8 Passenger (G+3). The lift shall be suitable for 8 passengers of standard design having speed of 1.0 m/s serving from ground to 3rd floor i.e. 04 stops and 04 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components/ accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards.• (The Defect Liability Period (DLP) of the equipment shall be 01 y
