| Tender Description | Complete removal of existing treatment and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc; on wall,ceiling, roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc; by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc; by skilled labour as per following steps:-(i) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instruction |
