(tor steel or plain) reinforcement work including bending, hooks, and binding wire. m.s. or iron work. construction of granular sub-base (gsb) with close-graded material, mixing, spreading, and compacting with vibratory roller. c.c. 1:1.5:3 with 20mm stone grit. disposal of waste malba from site up to 5.0km. painting or varnishing work on new wood or small areas with priming coat and superior quality ready-mixed paint. supply and fixing of inauguration 1*1 stone. add 18%gst
