Tender Description (a) scheduled items (based on dsr-2021) white washing with lime to give an even shade: new work (three or more coats) finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) finishing walls with ready mixed premium acrylic emulsion paint (company depot tinted) having voc less than 50 gm/litre and ijv resistance as per ls 189:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exlerior paint of required shade with silicon additives. new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. applying priming coat: - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel works painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :two or more coats on new work providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand
